Weight Loss Coaching 1-Month Program ($450):

You’re frustrated from years of struggling with your weight.

You have tried everything.  You’re uncomfortable in your own body.  You’ve lost weight in the past, so you know you can do it, but the weight keeps you from going out and enjoying life.  When you do go out, you feel like everyone is staring at you, judging you.  You hate the way your clothes fit.  The doctors tell you to just eat less and exercise 30 minutes a day five times a week. Everyone thinks you consciously made the decision to be overweight.  

But no one chooses to carry an extra 20, 30, or even 50 pounds around on their body. The scale slowly crept up over the years or maybe you never lost the pregnancy weight. And most days you hardly eat anything!  You have a gym membership but feel out of place and don’t know where to start. Despite all your best efforts, you cannot seem to permanently lose the weight.

I can help you lose that stubborn weight.  

I’ve been working with people to help them lose weight for over eight years.  In fact, helping people lose weight and improve their health is one of my favorite things about being a dietitian nutritionist.  I’m here to tell you that there is hope.  

I want you to forget about all the crazy diets you’ve tried in the past and everything you’ve heard and read about losing weight. I’m going to help you ditch the diet mindset and instead teach you to focus on nourishing your body with delicious, real foods.

It’s amazing what can happen when you break free from the standard “eat less, exercise more” mentality and become tuned in to your body’s needs.  

How the Program works:

Because you didn’t gain the weight overnight, I do require at least a one-month commitment. Ideally, I like to work with clients for three months. But we can take it one month at a time. Change takes time and consistency.  One of the biggest components of the program is the accountability factor.  You and I will work together to develop an individualized weight loss plan based on your specific goals.

The initial consult is a 60-minute appointment conducted over the phone or secure video conferencing.  During this appointment we will discuss:

  • Weight history
  • Medical history
  • Goals
  • Struggles
  • Lifestyle
  • Food preferences/cooking ability/typical food intake
  • Where changes can be made to your eating habits and what to focus on first

After the initial appointment, you will have a clear starting path for your journey to improved health and weight loss.  You will leave the appointment with a specific action plan that you can immediately start implementing.  

The follow-up appointments will be weekly (30 minutes).  During these sessions, we will review your progress, celebrate successes, troubleshoot your struggles, and develop an action plan for the next week.

After each session, you will receive an email summary of what we talked about during the appointment and any additional resources you need to reach your goals.

I am with you every step of the way.  Unlimited email and text support are offered as part of the program.  This is perfect for those last-minute dinner invites or happy hour!

So what’s the big secret to weight loss? You might be wondering “What’s Emily’s angle, what gimmick is she trying to sell me?” How can this work when nothing else has?  I think we often make eating far too complicated.  I’m not a big fan of long-term tracking.  The focus is on eating whole, nutritious foods.

Unfortunately, there is no magic answer to weight loss.  Consistency and determination make all the difference. That’s why I am with you every step of the way.
